SKIES WILL RAPIDLY CLEAR DURING MIDDAY WEDNESDAY WITH TEMPERATURES
HEATING UP INTO THE MID TO UPPER 80S. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO WEST AND
GUST BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH DURING MID AFTERNOON. DEWPOINTS WILL
TUMBLE AND RELATIVE HUMIDITY SHOULD DROP BELOW 30 PERCENT BY 3 PM.
